ardly there is any person that is
unknown about the all-time high perfect Funk Metal band “Linkin Park”,
originally called “Lincoln Park”(The later name matched with another band or
the Park’s name, I forgot the exact thing). Anyway, the reason behind posting
this masterpiece of my article is obvious that I am the great fan of Linkin
Park and I must admit that I can do anything to promote this band, be it
against piracy of its creation, which is prevailing in my native country. I
wanna be loyal to its music. And one thing, I have seen many Linkin Park fans
and I prefer them to say nothing but “eff”. Well there are some exceptions. I
don’t say eff to all. Some might be the true fans of Lp.
But there are some a**H****s who prefer
calling them LP fan and that really sucks. They are nothing but the shitheads.
As per me, I have figured out following types of fake LP fans. Check the out.
a> Pretentious:
These type of fans are kinda
ostentatious. They rather try to make other people know that they are the fan
of particular Band and blah, blah… . They are somewhat like egoists and
egotists. Take for example, There is this guy as one of my neighborhoods. He
kinda plays some basic levels of guitar and he’d got one electric. There is no
problem till here. But what makes me piss off is that he plays the guitar
rather amplified. I think that he wanna let we people know that he has guitar
(electric) and he knows to play. But the way he plays as I can listen from my
couch, is totally out of order, like pausing between the chords shifting and
notes disorder.
What I wanted to point out here, is,
look at Brad , he is so sensible that every time he puts on his headphone
so as to listen himself critically ”during performance” and to not to disturb
other with his loud music.
b> Musix
Smugglers:
These types of fans try to call
themselves as fans by smuggling the band’s music. Yeah it is piracy and the
pirates are not the true fan of Linkin Park and other bands too. It is not easy
to create lyrics and compose music. It takes a great process and experience.
But downloading them direct from the illegal sites that put for free the Band’s
creation only just benefits you and your server. And that what makes you
selfish, smuggler. You are deteriorating your favorite band. These bands make
money from the copies of the songs sold in market and if we download them
illegal, they will be deprived of their copyright. And what will be the meaning
of their professionalism. It may also cause the back out of the greatest band
ever.
c> Wannabes:
These type of fans just try to imitate
the band in various aspects, though not totally illegal, it coincides with
Pretentious fans. They just expose themselves to others. In some way, it may
show the respect for the artist but, it is not more than an unacceptable ape of
them.
d> Impassionate:
True fans of Linkin Park, also other
bands too, are those who are “not Impassionate”. Impassionate are like
accidental fans. They are only in the name the Fans. But they don’t have any
intense emotions for the bands. And it causes the outcome of the Musix Smuggler
Fans. It’s only for their personal benefit.
Okay, it is much done with the fake LP
fans. Now let’s acknowledge the True Fans of Linkin Park (and don’t forget, it
also implies to other bands and artists too).
1> Passionate
:
These types of fans are just in
contrast to the Impassionate, as the name suggests. Passionate fans have
intense emotions for the Bands. They can even die for it. They are the Die Hard
fans. These types of fans take the bands as the source of the inspiration. They
consider the success of the Bands as their own.
2> Altruist:
Here altruist means far from egoist and
egotist. Egoist and Egotist are some kind of Ego-centric. They talk about
themselves. And when they call themselves the fan of Linkin Park, they now
initiate the hyperboles. They exaggerate themselves. But altruist fans just
keep listening. They don’t have any interest in broadcasting the world that
they are the fans of Linkin Park. They engage in conversation about the Band
discussion but don’t show any fake Fanship…in fact they are the true fans.
3> Updated:
These types of fan keep up-to-date
information of their favorite bands. Some may not have even the information
regarding the formation of the band, their founder members, their present
members, designation…..and such other stuffs. These are ignorant fans. The true
fans keep the updated information about the band…For instance, Chester is not
the founder vocalist of Linkin Park. Likewise, the names of this band are
derived from: Hybrid Theory, Xero, Lincoln Park and Finally Linkin Park.
Guys, I know I am not the greatest fan
of the LP and it takes a lot of sacrifice to do that….I have never downloaded
the songs of LP. Because it is illegal. Let’s support our Bands by following
above given Creeds of being the True fan of Linkin Park.
